Oh that would scare the crap out of me! Yep no paddling of any kind would be advisable today!
I saw a few in April too.
Wow, brilliant photos and the sea is soooo clear! We get the odd one on our coast here though I have never heard of anyone being stung 'yet'Have a lovely day,Nina x
They look so beautiful too!
YIKES! I wouldn't like to encounter those. But the photography is fabulous, I can't believe the colour of the water, its just amazing.
Nice pics even if the subjects aren't
What a shame. Reminds me of the bluebottles at Sydney beaches. Ouch!
Wow ... the water is so clear! I can believe their stings are painful though - yikes. x
wow, what beautiful pictures.. but definately no paddling... A 4ft Jellyfish washed up on the coast of Devon last month... but it only causes a mild rash... apparently...!Love your soaps by the way... I was so close to buying some.. but I aught to wait till next month really..x Alex

Oh my GOD I can't believe those are swimming around in the sea, so close to the surface, ARGGHH!! Thank goodness you didn't stick a foot in!
Ciao! Wow... what an unpleasant surprise! I haven't gone swimming yet in Amalfi this spring, but now I will do some serious investigating before I dive in! :-) Does this tend to happen this time of year here, or is it unusual?
yeah, jellyfish are no fun!! but these photos are amazing!
Oh I love your blog it is just the best place to look at the amazing photos and think I am on holidayxx
Hi there, just wanted to comment on those pictures of jelly fish, they look so nice, really (despite their sting) and the bottom of the ocean is so pretty!!
You do know the best thing to neutralise the sting is urine right?!
